Notes

1. At least one author for each accepted final paper should register and attend the conference.
2. Each author is allowed to submit only one conference paper.
3. If the length of the paper (EI Index Only) exceeds 8 Pages, the cost of Each Extra Page (starting from Page 9) is $55 USD / ￥400 CNY.
4. Registration fees include conference proceedings, lunches, activities and attending all sessions.
5. The registration fee does not include: ① Accommodation ② Visa application fee ③ Transportation fare.
6. Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Conference Committee within 2-5 working days after receiving your payment.
7. No Refund of the registration fee if you retract your paper for personal reasons.
8. If you cannot attend the conference due to some reasons after you paid, we will send the print proceedings to you together with the payment receipt.
